Parameters We Review Before Grade Matching

Forming Route & Available Grade

QDZRT Graphite uses these family-level ranges for preliminary screening. Final procurement requires matching the grade, grain size, orientation and available billet dimensions to your component drawing.

Functional Property Priorities

Tell us which properties are functionally critical. We use the drawing and service conditions to determine which trade-offs matter for the grade review and quotation.

TDS & Certificate of Analysis (CoA) Verification

Category spans serve for preliminary engineering screening. Contractual specifications and certified properties are governed by the specific grade's official Technical Data Sheet (TDS), inspection certificate, or batch CoA report.

Solid vs. Flexible Graphite Product Forms

Flexible graphite sheets and foils utilize expanded natural flake graphite and follow distinct ASTM sealing standards. They are evaluated separately from rigid, machined synthetic graphite billets.

Need a material and quotation review? Send your drawing, required quantity and working conditions. We will review the material option, machining, inspection and delivery requirements, then provide a quotation.
